XLSLANI v0.1.2 - Hotfix for ODE solvers in MS Excel running in Macintosh

Hi! 

XLSLANI v0.1.2 is being released to address the compatibility issues of the Euler, Runge-Kutta IV, and Dormand-Prince/Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg solvers when run on MS Excel in Macintosh. 

I would like to thank Mr. Christian Mungcal from UST ChE for assisting in beta-testing the Mac-compatible add-in.
